  Actress Joke Jigan has slammed a follower who accused her of not being proud of her dark skin after she shared before and now photos showing the change in her skin colour.   The actress shared two photos of herself to Instagram. In one of the photos, she was looking dark-skinned. In the second photo, her skin had become considerably lighter.   A follower commented, "This is rubbish. You're not proud of your dark skin hmmm secondary slavery (sic)"   And Joke Jigan hit back, writing: "Your mother wasted 9 months of her life because of 200 naira postinor!   Some Nigerian celebrities have lashed out at actor turned politician, Desmond Elliot following his comment about Nigerian celebrities and social media influencers.    Recall that in a viral video which captured the Surulere lawmaker's submission on the Lagos carnage, he asked the celebrities and influencers "to stop the hatred already". He also pointed out that everyone has a means to change government.    However his comments seems not to have gone down well with his former colleagues in the entertainment industry. Lady loses her life after falling into elevator shaft in a hotel in Asaba; Moment she fell caught on CCTV (WATCH)

  A Nigerian lady unfortunately met her demise after she fell into an elevator shaft inside a hotel in Asaba, the capital of Delta state. According to a Facebook user, the lady, identified as Adaobi Enechukwu, who is a native of Adazi Nnukwu had travelled down to Asaba for a wedding ceremony at an hotel and unknown to her, she walked right into the elevator shaft without waiting for the elevator to come to her floor yet. The elevator door, which was not supposed to be opened, was opened and made Adaobi lose her life. Nnamdi Ezewuzie, who shared the incident on his Facebook page, blamed the hotel’s management for lack of proper management.
